Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked day-old rice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: fried egg, green onions, or toasted garlic

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook until lightly golden.
  3. Add rice and break up any clumps.
  4. Stir-fry for 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Season with salt.

Notes

Serve with egg or your favorite ulam.
