Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked day-old rice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- Optional: fried egg, green onions, or toasted garlic
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook until lightly golden.
- Add rice and break up any clumps.
- Stir-fry for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Season with salt.
Notes
Serve with egg or your favorite ulam.
