  • 8 oz bihon rice noodles

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

  • 1/2 cup carrots, julienned

  • 1/2 cup green beans, sliced thin

  • 3 cups chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • Calamansi or lemon, for serving
  • Instructions
    1. Soak the bihon noodles in water for 10 minutes, then drain.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
    3. Add shredded chicken, carrots, and green beans. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
    4. Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Bring to a simmer.
    5. Add the drained noodles and gently toss until they absorb the liquid.
